High Performance Sewing Machine Created for Quilters

Larger Work Area With a large area of  up to 590mm(with auxiliary table attached), the TL-2200QVP Mini can handle large quilts with ease.

Durable Aluminum Die Cast Frame The machine itself is an aluminum die-cast frame that extends to the arm cover. There is little vibration and the sound is quiet. Long term performance is maintained by using the same parts and technology as industrial sewing machines.

Functions for Sewing Quilts with Ease

Heavy Weight Materials are easily sewn The speed control mechanism, operated by microcomputer, allows the machine to sew materials at slower speeds. This provides for accurate feed and perfect stitching when sewing heavy weight fabric, quilting and multiple layers of materials. TL-2200QVP is also popular among bag makers. Can sew around 8 layers of Faux leather/15 layers of denim		Foot Controller with Auto Thread Trimming Function It is possible to automatically trim both needle and bobbin threads by pressing the heel side of foot controller. The foot controller is a comfortable size and allows for easy stop/ start of the sewing process.
Predetermined Stop Position of the Needle When you stop sewing the machine will come to an accurate stop with the needle in a downward position. To move the needle up or down as desired, simply press the needle position button. When the button is pressed continuously, the machine sews stitch at a reduced speed.		Knee Lifter Lever The knee lifter allows you to lift or lower the presser foot without using your hands. The presser foot can be raised as high as 12mm so that light to heavy weight materials are easily handled in and out of the sewing area with ease.
Maximum Sewing Speed Control Now you can control the max sewing speed within a range of 200 to 1,500 stitches per minute with the slide knob. This is ideal for free motion quilting or when a fixed sewing speed is required for your sewing techniques.		Automatic Needle Threader The push lever automatic needle threader easily threads the needle without eyestrain and allow you to start sewing quickly.

Automatic Thread Trimmer The machine is equipped with an automatic thread trimming device the simultaneously trims the needle and the bobbin threads at the sewing end by lightly pressing the push-button. It uses the thread trimming mechanism that is similar to the industrial sewing machines; trimming then through thick threads without fail. It may also be activated through the foot control.

Functions for Perfect Stitch Quality

Easy Bobbin Replacement and Vertical Full Rotation Hook A new bobbin case latch and an enlarged bobbin case area make it easier to remove and replace the bobbin. When the auxiliary table is being utilized, it is equipped with a sliding plate that allows convenient access to remove and load bobbins as well. We use a vertical full rotary hook that is also used in industrial machines. Stable and beautiful seams and firm thread tightening can be obtained even at a high speed of 1500 stitches/minute. It is also very quiet.		Adjustment of Presser Foot Pressure Presser foot pressure can be adjusted according to the fabric being sewn by turning a regulator located on the top of the machine. The pressure amount can then be viewed at the pressure indicator.
Sub Tension Unit The Sub Tension Unit ensures thread feeding to the needle is smooth, even and twist free, no matter how thick your thread is. It also keeps the thread from quivering when sewing at high speeds and provides accurate, fine tuned thread tension.		Thread Tension Scale The machine also has the thread tension scale, which allows you to adjust the tension according to the thread and material to be used.
Two Types of Quilting Foot/ Drop Feed The quilting feet are designed for free motion quilting and free-hand embroidery. The types of quilting feet are supplied as standard accessories with the machine. A 1/5 quilting foot is used for basic quilting and the ¼ quilting foot for precision sewing with ¼ inch stitch width. The feed dog can be raised and lowered simply by depressing a switch. When quilting, the drop allows you to sew curved stitches with ease.		Even Feed Foot With this reliable feed, the even feed foot ensures the machine's ability to produce beautiful seams when sewing difficult to feed fabrics such as georgette and velvet, as well as heavy weight materials such as faux leather. The even feed foot is ideal for sewing multiple layers of fabric evenly.

By purchasing machines from Stitch4you(Ghim Soon), you are agreeable to abide to the terms and conditions of the warranty covered by Ghim Soon Machinery Pte Ltd spelt out as follow:

Ghim Soon Machinery Pte Ltd ("Ghim Soon") warrants this home sewing machine (the “Product”), excluding consumable parts (such
as plastic front panel, foot controller, needles, needle threader, thread cutter, all hooks (sewing machines and overlocker), bobbins, loopers, feed dogs, knife blades, seals (O-ring, etc), bulbs, lamps, LED light bulbs/strips, and belts) to the original purchaser to be free from defects in the materials or workmanship of the Product under normal use and service from the date of purchase of the Product by the original purchaser (i.e. date of conclusion of sales contract either orally or in writing), as follows:
1. for a limited warranty period of two years on light assembly, wiring, switches; and
2. for a limited warranty period of two years on all other parts.

The product must be unplugged from the power source when not in use.

Faulty parts which are replaced will remain as property of Ghim Soon. Serviced machines which are not collected within 2 months from the date of notification for collection will automically goes under the property of Ghim Soon.

If, at any time during the applicable limited warranty period, the Product is determined to be defective by Ghim Soon, Ghim Soon will replace or repair the Product, at Ghim Soon’s option.
The Product is warranted only for normal household non-commercial use. 
This limited warranty does not cover corrosion, rustings or stains, body or paintwork of machine, installation to wrong power supply, Act of Gods, service charges for checking improper installation/operation of machines,routine maintenance servicing,faulty display set or machine loan for commerical purposes, defects, damages and any kind whatsoever due to accidents, misuse/negligence, abuse, negligence, commercial use, or modification of, or to any part of the Product, or if the specifications supplied at the time of purchase with respect to proper maintenance and lubrication have not been observed or if the serial number affixed to the machine has been tampered with or defaced or if the original bill of sale, warranty certificate for the machine or other proof of purchase acceptable to Ghim Soon is not presented at the time service or repair is sought under this warranty.
This limited warranty shall be null and void unless the original purchaser (i) complies with any and all operating instructions in the manual provided or (ii) fails to have the Product periodically serviced and tuned by Ghim Soon in accordance with the service manual.
This limited warranty may only be used by the original purchaser of the Product. This limited warranty is not transferable to any subsequent purchaser, owner and/or any kind whoever, and Ghim Soon will take the responsibilities under this limited warranty only to the original purchaser and only the original purchaser may obtain service under this limited warranty.
Service under this warranty may only be obtained within Singapore where the original purchaser has purchased the Product.
GHIM SOON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGES AND LOSSES, OR DEFECT RESULTING FROM THE USE OF OTHERS THAN  AUTHENTIC PARTS AND THE REPAIR OF THE PRODUCT BY UNAUTHORISED SERVICE PERSONNEL.
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER.
GHIM SOON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCLUDING INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
THERE ARE NO EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THOSE DESCRIBED HEREIN. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROSCRIBED BY THE APPLICABLE LAW, THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THIS PRODUCT IS HEREBY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
To obtain limited warranty service the original purchaser must deliver or send the Product postage or freight pre-paid, to Ghim Soon along with (a) the original dated bill of sale issued by Ghim Soon to theoriginal purchaser, (b) a copy of this limited warranty, and, (c) a written short description of the defect. The original purchaser is strongly recommended to firstly contact Ghim Soon, if the original purchaser needs certain service under this limited warranty.
Ghim Soon is not responsible for any and all damages and losses that occur to the Product during transportation to or from the original purchaser.

For local purchases in Singapore, Ghim Soon is pleased to offer pick up services in which we will pick the machine up from designated locations,bring back to service thoroughly and deliver back to owner at a nominal fee of $30(includes GST). One way service will be chargeable at $20. These costs will not cover the servicing cost and cost of change of parts.

This warranty does not affect the statutory rights of the original purchaser under any applicable national laws in force nor the rights of the original purchaser against the dealer arising from their sales/purchase contract.
This limited warranty shall be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

Ghim Soon reserves the right to amend or modify the terms and conditions of this warranty without giving prior notice.
