The following services rendered will not result in the rewarding of Reward Points:

Silver Member
1. During Birthday month Silver Member will get S$1: 1.5 Reward Points for 1 time purchase. Silver Member whose spending have accumulated up to $2000 & above within 12 months from anniversary date will automatically unlock Gold Membership (*accumulated 2000 Reward Points and above). 3. Reward Points reset every 12 months on your Anniversary Date. Anniversary Date refers to the date of your member registration.

GOLD member, you can redeem a mystery Birthday Gift at our retail store. Only valid during your birthday month. You can show us your profile upon redemption. 4. Gold Member whose spending have accumulated up to $2000 & above within the 2 years from the date of upgrade from Silver status can retain their Gold membership status for the next 2 years (*2000 Reward Points and above). Otherwise, your membership status will be changed to Silver status. 5. When you upgrade from Silver to Gold, Reward points will be reset. 6. Reward Points are reset on your Anniversary date.
