Do you conduct sewing lessons?
We do not conduct sewing lessons. We only conduct a one-time 1-to-1 training for our customers who bought sewing machines from us.

If I want to have another lesson for my sewing machine, can I arrange for it?
Yes we are able to conduct additional 1-to-1 training for all our customers who bought sewing machines from us and needed our assistance.

If I buy the machine as a gift for another person, is the 1-for-1 training still valid?
You will need to provide the original invoice and the warranty must be registered under the recipient’s name.

Do you conduct embroidery training if the machine is not purchased from you?
We conduct embroidery training on case by case basis depending on the machine model and type. Additional charges may apply. Please kindly check with us on this via 88765598.

Warranty & Membership Points

How do I register my sewing machine’s warranty?
You can register your sewing machine’s warranty on our website at www.stitch4you.sg/warranty.

Is the warranty transferable?
No, it is not transferable. We only cover the warranty and machine training for the original purchaser.

I bought a sewing machine on Shopee instead of your website, how can I be a member and get my points?
For customers who have purchased our sewing machines on our website, your points will be automatically added to your account. For customers who purchased your sewing machine from our retail outlet or Shopee, we will manually input your points into the system after you have registered your warranty online. For purchase on shopping platforms, kindly let us know your Stitch4you member name at Comment section before checking out.

How do I view my points?
Log into “My Account” on the top right corner of our website.

What can I do with my points?
Members will get 1 Reward Point for every S$1 spent at our Website and Retail Store which will be calculated from the final bill. As you accumulate your points, you get to enjoy perks as a Silver or Gold Member. Kindly refer to this link for more details: www.stitch4you.sg/membersperks

Payment Mode & Instalment Plan/s

What payment mode do you accept?
We accept any major Credit Cards ( Visa & Master), Amex on Paypal, Cash, PayLah, Bank Transfer, PayWave and PayNow. Is extended warranty available? Currently we do not offer that.

Do you have any payment plan?
Yes. Currently we have a UOB credit card member instalment plan comprising of 12 and 24 months. Payment to be made in-store at our retail outlet. View more details here: www.stitch4you.sg/instalmentplans
If you need other bank instalment plans, you can purchase through our shops on shopping platforms such as Shopee Mall or Lazada.

Delivery, Maintenance & Repair

How long does it take for delivery?
Typically between 3-7 days upon purchase. For sewing machine delivery, we will give you a call before we arrange for the delivery. Smaller items will be delivered by our courier delivery partner.

What do I do if my machine is faulty?
You may bring your sewing machine to our retail outlet to access the issue. Alternatively, you can PM us with detailed explanation and videos/photos of the issue and we will try to help. What are your charges like for sewing machine servicing and repair?
Servicing starts from $40,depending on your machine type. Please share with us your machine model and the problem you faced with our machine. Repair costs are subjected to man-hours and replacement parts required. You are advised to bring your sewing machine to our retail outlet for assessment before we can give you an estimate.

Do you sell fabric?
No, we do not sell fabrics.We focus more on providing 1 stop solutions for your sewing machine needs such as machines, spare parts, accessories etc.
