I was looking to buy a Singer 4432 heavy duty sewing machine online when I came across Stitch4you’s website, which offered a newer model (HD6335M Denim) at a better price with a 1-year Singer warranty than what I was quoted by another Singer dealer! The company is also located in the east which is near where I stay. So I placed my order with Stitch4you and it came within 2 days. One of the issues I had was what to do with my old Singer sewing machine which was no longer working well. The friendly delivery guy said they don’t usually take in old machines but offered to take mine back to see if it can be recycled. Exactly what I wished would happen (the other Singer dealer had offered to take in my old machine)! The delivery guy also gave me some helpful tips on caring for my new machine. The new HD6335M was easy to set up and worked flawlessly. I am very happy with the machine. I am one happy customer and highly recommend Stitch4you for their excellent service and support.
I found this shop online with excellent reviews and went down personally to experience it myself. They are both friendly and knowledgeable. Always there to offer their help and advice on my needs and requirements. I was quite apprehensive on purchasing another machine when they told me that they no longer carry Singer 4423 that I have been wanting to get my hands on. However they reassured me that HD6335m is the latest replacement for 4423. I was not pressurized to make a purchase and they were patient to offer any information that I needed so badly. After making the purchase for almost one month, I am still very happy with my purchase and decided to leave a review. Prior to purchase, I chatted with the seller and they suggested that I buy this one instead of the one that I originally planned to, based on what I am sewing/plan to sew. So I'd say, 5 stars for customer service. The machine itself is what I need, indeed. It sews on thick materials smoothly.
