Today, I received news that my machines just needed cleaning and servicing, with replacement of minor parts. He even showed me quick videos on how to clean and maintain my bobbin case area. I went to the shop not knowing which machine I wanted. Monica was very helpful. Despite being single-handed, she strived to attend to me whenever she can. She also offered to show more machines as I wasn’t sure.
Mr Tan also serviced my embroidery machine. He did a thorough job, not wanting to do a rush job just to return it to me. He did an even better job than the agent.

Found this store and it was a lifesaver in completely fixing my old sewing machine. They even fixed it in about 2 days. The repair price is reasonable and staff are friendly and understanding. I would recommend this store to everyone for sewing machine repairs.

Brought my machine to change a super tiny part on it... It could have been a 2 mins job for uncle but he was very nice and helped to recalibrate the machine. Upon seeing that I was standing around waiting for my machine to be done, young master offered me a drink and invited me to wait in the aircon area. :) I was very touched by the warm and sincere service. Definitely a recommended shop for all your sewing machine needs!

Ghim Soon is the shop I go to for servicing of my sewing machines. They are very friendly and knowledgeable and their price is very reasonable. I went to the shop a few times to try out some sewing machines and they are very patients and friendly and not pushy at all. I have also recommended a few friends to patronize their shops for their sewing needs. Thumbs up.

We had a problem with our old sewing machine and sent a WhatsApp message to their business number. Got a phone call within 24 hours, sent in the machine the next day and was able to get the machine repaired and serviced in half a day! Excellent!

Shop is close to parking lots at at the ground floor so we didn't have to the sewing machines long distances. They called me to advise me on the completion and the cost promptly after completion. Payment could be made over PayLah or PayNow. They enquired if i would like to change the machine light to LED too.

I am totally impressed and blown away by the service I received! I brought my faulty + noisy machine down for them to check and repair. Uncle rectified the problem and got it back in perfect order... before I could even decide which overlocker to get! Haha! The uncles and aunties there were friendly and service was so quick! I drop them a watsapp to ask abt my sewing machine repair in the morning, sent it down at noon and thinking it may take a few days but they called me late afternoon said its all done! My machine had a timing problem and eventhough my machine is soooo old, they still manage to help me repair without the need to spend too much. Thank you!

My machine was deemed broken and unusable by another company. But I figured I would ask Alex and his father to have a look since it's only 2 years old. Husband and a few friends told me to seek a 2nd opinion before I toss it. So Alex and his father came over to test out the machine but it was completely fine! There aren't any problems with my machine at all. I'm so glad I didn't have to throw away my machine. I would definitely ask Alex and his father for any machine related questions and fixes. went there to service 2 machines. the uncle was patient, took time to look into all my complains and helped me find spare parts that my machines need. loving my machines again. managed to get some footers and accessories from the shop too.
